The witness accidentally saw the object first from the kitchen window. He immediately got a pair of binoculars and informed his wife of the strange event. Their place is used to air traffic into Sky Harbour in Phoenix. But what made the object strange was that it just hovered and moved at a very slow speed.
Through using a pair of binoculars, he had seen the plastic bag-like object morphed. After morphing the UFO had some kind of lights on either side of it. He could not believe what he just saw and immediately rejected the idea that it was a plane or helicopter. The object remained visible to his sight for 30 seconds before it drift back south and completely disappeared.
The incident was reported to MUFON and filed on March 4, 2013. However, no single image or video that could support such alleged UFO sighting.
