Charles was trained as a weather observer at the USAF Weather Training School at Chanute AFB Illinois after completing basic training at Lackland AFB in San Antonio Texas. He was assigned to the weather squadron at Nellis AFB at Las Vegas, Nevada in 1965 until 1967. While at Nellis AFB he was assigned to several temporary tours of duty as a weather observer at the Nellis gunnery ranges in Indiana Springs. This is where Charles had 100's of encounters with several species of aliens including the Tall Whites/Nordic Blondes and the Roswell Greys.
Charles claims that he was chosen to let the aliens observe his daily chores by a committee that included the Tall Whites and high ranking USAF Generals and high ranking members of the U.S. Government. The Aliens observed Charlie's daily activities such as launching weather balloons and taking wind speed readings. Hall says that sometimes the aliens would even bring their children who were extremely curious.
Here's a video of Charles Hall in an interview with an Australian TV news program. Hall discusses some details of his Alien Encounters.
