I was also tracking the objects with another of Hansen's night vision devices.The objects did not have any blinking lights, like planes would. However, the Navy has the Naval Ocean Surveillance System (NOSS). These are satellite formations that can travel in groups of two or three. They are also dim enough that they cannot typically be seen by the unaided eye, but night vision could spot them.In the video, Hansen writes that he is "almost certain" what he captured are NOSS satellites. Although he admits, "In all my skywatching, it's actually the first time I've seen a pair of these."One of the people present at the sky watch, who claims to have worked for the Air Force tracking satellites, said he was certain these were not satellites. I am not so sure either.A few days prior to this sighting I wrote a story about a UFO video that does appear more likely to be NOSS satellites. In that video the objects keep the same distance from each other. In Hansen's video the objects change in position relative to each other. My guess is that they change position because they are much closer than satellites, and as the angle we view them changes, they seem to change position.

The Navy does not publicize the orbits of the NOSS satellites. However, hobbyists have tracked them and sites such as Heavens-Above.com predict their orbits based off of that information. Heavens-Above.com did not list any NOSS satellites passing over the Phoenix area on the night of November 16.
Another MUFON investigator that was present suggested they were military jets with their lights off. Nearby is the Goldwater testing range, and jets are often seen flying over that area doing exercises with all lights off. However, technically the military should not be flying over an urban area such as where we saw them with their lights off, but it is certainly possible.NOSS satellites, military jets with their lights off, swamp gas, or something more mysterious? Hello, a neighbor here in Scottsdale called to say we should run outside to check out the UFOs she could see from her car.
We saw approximately 5 rather slow-moving orange pulsing (not really flashing) round lights moving from the west sky, toward the east. We could not tell anything of their shape, etc., as they were too far away to see well.
Another plane was moving in the opposite direction from our local Scottsdale airport (near our home), so the contrast was very evident. All the lights went out at the same moment, after we'd watched them for only a couple of minutes.
This occurred around 9:30 p.m. MST.
When I Googled sightings, I found your site with other mentions of orange lights.
Thought I'd share this sighting, too.

In a previous article, Exopolitics: Do We Collaborate?, I came down very hard on those entrenched special interests that I believe secretly have taken control of extraterrestrial affairs and have made treasonous treaties with various predatory ET races. None other than Ben Rich past head of the Lockheed Skunk Works said that the situation had been privatized and that it would now take an act of God to end the cover-up. The uninformed can be expected to throw up their hands and say, how can you even make such a silly statement, its not even proven that aliens exist, let alone that they have secret treaties with various global governments and the special interests that control those governments.
All I can say is, do your homework, because I write for those that already know extraterrestrials exist or at least want to know what that means if aliens are really real but only are later to be publicly proven to exist. Only the foolish disbelieve in the intelligence of the battlefield and walk right into a gun emplacement not believing until the evidence hits them in the chest. This is exactly the position many of the propagandised public are in. Are we to wait for the predator's jaws to snap shut before trying to act?
Col. Philip J. Corso's book The Day After Roswell clearly describes the detailed history of American and Russian involvement in extraterrestrial affairs. From his own personal experience and now declassified and leaked documents we can see how the cold war and a extremely limited situational awareness by the military and government planners of exopolitics, set the stage for a Orwellian future and occupation by predatory alien races.
These military men like Philip Corso uniformly feared the extraterrestrials, considering them all hostile, and through low situational awareness set the stage for what they most feared, an alien invasion and occupation of the earth by certain of the predatory races. Corso and his fellow military men were very smart and clever strategic planners but they were no match for the predatory alien races that knew them better than they knew themselves and so have turned the earth human mind against itself and against free society. Corso and his fellow military men thought that they could and did fight the predatory ETs to a standstill in the 1980's using the predatory aliens own technology against them.
Corso said on page 4 of his book, "So we used the extraterrestrials' own technology against them, feeding it to our defence contractors and then adapting it for use in space-related defence systems. It took into the 1980s, but in the end we were able to deploy enough of the Strategic Defence Initiative.... And in the end, we not only outlasted the Soviets and ended the Cold War, but we forced a stalemate with the extraterrestrials, who were not so invulnerable after all." I have not found anywhere in Corso's book where the military or Corso even considered the possibility that their minds and actions were an open book to the predatory aliens and the aliens themselves orchestrated the stalemate in the 1980's of their own design.
I think that the alien mind had created an appearance of a stalemate, hoodwinking the military. For those that prided themselves in strategic and deceptive thinking it's a mystery to me that such an obvious scenario did not enter their minds. To the predatory aliens, technological power was inferior to mental power and they used our military's belief in technological power as a mechanism, a means of control to feint a stalemate. It seems to me that the predatory aliens got what they wanted all along, secret Faustian agreements and alliances with global autocratic entrenched interests that further allowed them to infiltrate and subvert our society through these entrenched interests.
To make matters worse this predatory alien scheme also put those extraterrestrial races that are benevolent, our potential allies at a disadvantage. On top of everything else the benevolent races had to contend with a well armed America's Secret Space Fleet? subtly directed against them. It's obvious to me that the predatory ETs were not only more technologically advanced that us but their mental powers and strategies of deception, infiltration and occupation are also more advanced. Military leaders and planners have seriously and I hope not fatally underestimated through poor situational awareness, predatory alien power and influence over earth human society.
It should be obvious that a UFO/ET cover-up and suppression of public knowledge of extraterrestrial affair is part of the creating of an environment of fear, deception and control that was planned from the beginning by predatory alien races. Predators need secrecy, stealth and deception to capture prey and it is exposure that they abhor and avoid until the final fatal pounce.
Corso's book provides an excellent historical narrative as to how our global culture was being subverted and occupied in an Orwellian fashion prior to the secret alliances and treaties of the 1980's. Still even Col. Philip Corso alludes to secret alliances and treaties that world militaries and governments were trying to establish with the predatory aliens. On page 157 Corso says, "I knew, even though I was no longer in the army in 1969, that our success at lunar exploration had demonstrated that we were exercising control and that the EBEs would not have free rein over our skies. It also demonstrated that if there were any deals to be made, any proxy relationships to establish, the Soviets were not the ones to deal with."
It's a very simple and efficient process to grow a powerful mechanism of social control within a society one wishes to control. The first step is to create a climate of fear and secrecy subverting, openness, freedom and liberty, the very qualities needed to fend off such a predatory attack. With little effort the military, government and corporate media become mechanisms for the installation of an Orwellian world order with the aliens at the top of the control pyramid. It is the aliens themselves that ultimately will determine the need to know, the flow of information, and control the resources to the rest of the world population through control of financial networks. The slave master controls the slaves by limiting education and the supplying or denying of resources to the overall population.
In my opinion the predatory ETs wanted global militaries to circle the wagons and build up a secret space fleet by creating a fake war with them. There was no stalemate as Corso believed; it was a contrived stalemate so as to use us against the more benevolent ETs who would not make secret alliances and agreements. The upshot is that we are in fact protecting the predatory ETs who have alliances with us against the cooperative ETs who will not compromise their values and methods by making deals in secret. Now that global powers have the secret space fleet the predatory ETs are free to concentrate on creating alliances with global elitists so as to use the global predatory entrenched interests as the alien's planetary global plantation managers.
As I said before it's a mystery to me that this simple scenario has been neither seen nor understood by world governments, military and mass media and perhaps even the global special interests themselves. Maybe it is because all the hubris, greed and fear obscure the truth to the elitists or maybe entrenched special interests worldwide are committing high treason by knowingly collaborating and facilitating a predatory alien Orwellian creeping occupation of global society. In the 1940s the subversion of society started off with fervent patriotism from people like Col. Philip Corso and now has possibly progressed to high treason as elitists knowingly cooperate with the predatory extraterrestrials to create an Orwellian feudal control over world populations.

If one believes the story of retired U.S. Air Force Sargent James Penniston he, certainly, had one of the most remarkable UFO encounters in history. According to Penniston on December 26th, 1980, while on military duty, he encountered a small, triangular craft sitting on the floor of a forest and examined it closely for as long as 45 minutes. Penniston describes the object as being triangular and about nine-feet at the base and about six feet high.
He touched the craft, observed odd hieroglyphs on it's exterior, and made detailed notes regarding his experience. The craft eventually began moving, rose to tree top level, and sped off in what Penniston describes as "the blink of an eye". Penniston notes that there was no air displacement nor sound when the object left the area at bullet-like speed. At the time Penniston held a top secret military clearance and was stationed at a US Air Force base in the United Kingdom. Along with his own military credentials there are compelling reasons to believe his story, even for the most hardened skeptics.
In 1980, over a three day period, the twin bases of RAF Bentwaters and RAF Woodbridge in the United Kingdom seemed to be virtually invaded by various unknown, flying craft. At the time the events took place the Bentwaters facility was being used by the U.S. Air Force as an American military base. Unknown to the almost everyone, and in violation of various treaties between the U.S. and other countries, the base was stockpiled with nuclear armaments. Bizarre objects, traveling at extraordinary speeds and maneuvering in ways that defy conventional physics were observed over the base from December 26th through December 28th of 1980. Many of the witnesses (as many as sixty) felt as though the objects were looking for something, or, performing grid searches of the base as they shot laser-like beams of light to the ground. Further, and of particular concern for base personnel, was the fact that they appeared to be particularly interested in the weapons storage area.
The events culminated when Lt. Base Commander Charles Halt led a large contingent of staff into the forest, on December 28th, to investigate strange lights. Halt, and others, observed objects moving at thousands of miles per hour, stopping and starting on a dime, and splitting into multiple objects before their eyes. One of the objects stopped suddenly above Halt and some others, as they stood in a field, and fired what appeared to be a laser beam at their feet.

Trace evidence, such as elevated levels of radiation and impressions in the soil (equidistant apart, giving the appearance that something had landed in the forest) coincided with the reports and seems to corroborate the idea that something strange took place. Too, unknown objects were observed both visually and on radar from the base's tower. The quality of the witnesses, and their large number, makes what is now know as "THE RENDLESHAM FOREST INCIDENT" one of the most intriguing UFO cases in history. Update: Was The UK Attacked By A Giant Tentacled Space Monster?
There have been UFOs buzzing over the UK for past month or so, and now, reportedly, they may have hit something.
On Sunday morning, Stephen and Dorothy Willows were woken up at 4am by a very load "bang" coming from the nearby Conisholme wind farm.
Earlier that night, Dorothy, and two friends were driving home when they noticed several "strange" lights flying in the direction of the Conisholme facility.
Mrs. Willows believes the two incidents may somehow be connected, "I don't believe in UFO's but it was a low flying object. This light seemed to be in the distance, and then it seemed to skim across the sky towards the turbines.
"It might not be connected, but it is just how your mind works when something like this happens - you think, could that have been the noise Stephen heard, or was that to do the light I saw? But until we know what has happened for definite it is very hard to say".
When the couple, and several area residents, went to see what had happened, they found that one of the massive turbines had been damaged. One of the massive blades was missing and another was bent out of shape. Oddly enough, the missing blade was no where to be found.
"When we got there, there was nothing to be seen - not even the propeller on the ground" added Dorothy.
"Those blades are pretty sturdy - we saw them when they were being constructed - whatever has hit them has made quite an impact. I was shocked to see that there was no debris left".
Was the turbine at Conisholme hit by a UFO? Evidence seems to point to it.
If the turbine had been hit by a plane, it certainly would have crashed. Also the blade that was knocked off, probably would have fallen straight to the ground.
Apparently whatever hit the structure took the blade with it.
If it had been a plane, then there certainly would be evidence. A plane just can't fly around with a giant propeller attached to it.
There seems to be no natural explanation for the damage. Lightning would have left some evidence.

I RECENTLY RECEIVED THE FOLLOWING NARRATIVE FROM MATT R.:
I have appeared on two radio shows in the past 45 days: The Daniel Ott (8/24/13) show, and Joe Montaldo's ufo undercover (10/9/13). Both programs focused on the topic of my reptilian abductions, and how they related to my experiences on the NOPD during Katrina. In particular, these interviews addressed the mass abductions of police/military personnel that occurred around that time period. The purpose of these mass abductions was to help groups of reptilians train in methods of crowd control. I have also engaged in several radio interviews on this topic, over the past few years.
The most recent one was just this past Wednesday. In this most current interview, Joe discussed some new info he has gleaned from some of the other abductees, in the mass abductions. One of the new testimonies is from an army colonel. And, it is now becoming clear that there were other mass crowd control training abductions in the pacific northwest. There is also the new disclosure that reptilians were practicing using individual mall stores as holding cells, by rolling down their individual shutter gates. The initial flash point of this riot was a shopping center. When the police lost control, they were forced to initialize a previously unknown secret plan known as "volcano". This demonstrates how critical it is to not allow malls/shopping centers to be taken over, if any authority wants to maintain order.
Recently, a disturbing new trend has entered into my interviews. Towards the end of the past 2 programs, there have been vivid intrusions of inhuman vocalizations. The origin of these in both programs is unknown,but they are strongly reminiscent of what I have heard from reptilians in my abductions. On Wednesday's show, Joe Montaldo discussed his detailed audio analysis of the Daniel Ott show growl incident. It concluded that it was a third party who barged into our Skype conversation. Then, less than 30 mins after we started talking about this topic, another incident happened within Mr. Montaldo's show!
In this new instance, it was nearly 45 seconds of sharp growling noises, from what sounded like a younger reptilian. As numerous reptilian abductees have noted, young reptilians are quite shrill and feral. Even the adolescent ones have something of a wild streak, and can be quite aggressive. I believe I have been visited by one once before, when I had a 5 foot rep let out an angry hiss at me. This was in response to me waking in the night, and sitting up in bed. It sounded viscerally scared, and quite small in stature. Based on the sound, it couldn't have been over 5 ft tall, or 100 pounds.
The younger reptilian seems to have been patched into this show by another reptilian, who would likely have been an adult. You can hear the younger reptilian growling too early in the distorted "phase in" part of its entrance, as if it didnt realize the hacking process was fully initialized. Then, at the end, it is cut off mid growl. Its higher pitched barks and growls in between are extremely chaotic, and somewhat immature sounding. It is as if it is intentionally playing around, before the older reptilian manning the controls cuts it off suddenly. Its a stark contrast to the mature angry rumble of that large sounding reptilian on the Daniel Ott show.
Why patch in a young reptilian at all? Over the past 2 months, I have had an unusual intuitive sense that I would learn new info in regards to my participation in hybrid breeding. Specifically, about the several half reptilian offspring that have been cultivated from my DNA. Ive been aware of this fact for at least 6 yrs, but intentionally avoided speaking about this.It is a really difficult topic to deal with. I was hoping to clearly recall face to face contact with at least one of these offspring, before mentioning it at all. Being that my abductions seemed to start in 2003, the oldest of these hybrids would be 10 by now. I need to make clear the fact that I don't get many of these intuitive premonitions. But, the few times I do, they tend to be very accurate. The only times I've gotten clear psychic communication from reptilians is when I am standing in eyesight of one. I can only surmise that I must have had a recent abduction, during which I was reminded of these hybrids.
Or perhaps, I met one recently, only to forget? For the 5 alien interaction incidents I recall clearly, I can only imagine how many others have yet to surface to conscious memory. My view is that this reptilian was either one of my hybrid offspring, or a reptilian of a similar age meant to remind me that these offspring exist. Based on what numerous other reptilian abductees have seen many reptilian hybrids tend to look a bit similar to the "Cardassian" race on Star Trek.
