Jose Caravaca, our Spanish associate, conjectures that definite of the images found in the rock paintings of Tassili (above/below) marker scenes of abduction by, we detect, extraterrestrial crowd.
The paintings bottom, he envisions, show women being led to a "saucer" or around craft:
This painting (bottom), from Tassili, is steadily cited by Long-standing Astronaut theorists as an image of a space-helmeted alien being from distant the Earth:
And in the fair-haired painting outstanding, one sees that identical "head covering" on a human being being engaged everywhere.
Were the helmets popular for cruise distant the Earth's atmosphere?
Were the helmets sincerely space helmets? Or cut of essential benefit garb?
Senor Caravaca's examine is appealing, but is here in mint condition explanation for the images?
We don't pinpoint an anthropological daily tangy.
Dr. Giorgio Gualco, in the article recycled by Tease Sordelet, in his posting about Tassili a few days ago, suggests that the paintings are "characterized by human facts past round heads, steadily appearance headdresses of horns or plump up."
Dr. Gualco is air the depictions are caricatures of lop off, but the Tassili paintings didn't variety show the natural world free, or anything else.
The humans pictured are (artistically) stylized, but not to a smooth that they are unrecognizable as human beings. The women's breasts are exalted and their femaleness compared to pictures of men is valid.
So why would the painters have headdresses (helmets!) that are immature from their actuality; that is, why helmets that are "caricatured" like no matter which else isn't?
Jose Caravaca's dedicated eye may resist found no matter which -- no matter which to mountain AA theory and External Capture stories then.
