It was clearly over the mo. river, and my 1st thought was "Oh, Hell No!" It was the shape of the stealth fighter...but MUCH larger than even a stealth bomber,I thought at first it was someones kit plane by the way it weaved in and out of the low clouds so slowly(jets cant move that slow). it was clearly measuring or looking for something along the river..it had thin black, rod like tails at the ends of it, lit with red steady light. this thing was HUGE..and followed me up the river to my turn off..15ish miles, eliminating my thought of a kit plane. the air force base is an hour or so away so im guessing it was from there..not a sound and riding the air so slowly..ITS NOT RIGHT
