Ufo Sighting In Toronto Ontario On March 24Th 2015 Went Outside For Smoke Looked Up Saw Object Emerge From Tree Branches Overhead

This is my third unexplained sighting since Sept' 2010, the last two were in the last two evenings, March 23-24th/ 2015. This is directly from my notes I made immediately after my sighting. I typed these into my phones note app, emailed it to myself, and copied them directly here. "V shaped ufo sighted. approx 9:15pm, on Tuesday, March 24th. perfectly clear evening come out for smoke. always look up, caught the dimmed V shaped object. as it flew over head at approx 3000ft give or take a thousand. (Not great at distances) I could see the distinct outline of a v shape with approx 7-9 round yellow lights that were not bright at all, as if the craft was encased in a dark mesh like cloak. lights appeared to be like 10-15% brightness. I say it was moving at a clip of 200kms to 300kms. hard to tell, but like a little faster than an aircraft on a approach to land on a runway. zero blinking lights. never heard engine noise. yes this is Toronto but it was low enough I should have heard something at this altitude. I do for other planes that are always over Toronto skies late at night. this craft was not in my opinion any known civilian craft I have ever seen in person. address of sighting. 242 Rosemount Ave. anyway... this is my 3rd sighting since sept 10 2010. and the 2nd in the last 2 nights. last night was a bright star sized object that was under intelligent control before going dim, or out of range. (ice blue in color) I saw it from the same vantage point I did during the V shaped sighting the night after. This thing I thought was a high altitude plane at first, but when it slowed to a stop, I knew it was wasnt a plane, then it made a curved trajectory out of sight in approx 5 seconds. no blinking lights at all. About the size of a large star in the night sky. back to my sighting this eve, it was heading directly south, along Dufferin road. it truly was not, I repeat, not a civilian aircraft at all. at all. no wing light were blinking. This was extremely real, v shaped, 7-9 lights underneath. flew out of sight. sighting lasted 45-1min seconds before craft faded out of view heading due south from the north This was REAL!

Blinking lights on each - white, red and green, in a square shape...No sound, but a pulsating vibrating sensation....Made him uneasy and he went inside...then he checked to see if they were gone and there were 10 coming N/S underneath the 20 travelling E/W. Silent....now recalls perhaps a flash...or two - all identical. The sky was covered with them making a grid. I felt uneasy.

Recently I had heard that Wendelle Stevens claimed to have been approached by an extraterrestrial interested in developing an extraterrestrial cultural center. I have not been able to substantiate the claim further, but it really got me to thinking that this is a really good idea. We all know about the Roswell Museum in New Mexico which is a step in the right direction, but this idea of an international extraterrestrial cultural center goes much further.

Such a center must be credibly done and financed by somebody with deep pockets. It should have a large library of contact material including the large number of obscure contact and abductee books. It would also need a conference hall, a residence for guest speakers and scholars, a museum, and a department for galactic diplomacy. It should be a joint exopolitical effort, and not be co-opted by any one exopolitical individual or group else it devolves into a promotional or money making operation. Only the most credible people should be on the board of directors.

The museum would go far beyond what the Roswell Museum does and incorporate displays of various types of reported extraterrestrials, perhaps in wax, with information about each type. Included in the museum would be a history of ET contact and cover-up featuring the investigators and whistle-blowers involved. A third section would cover present attempts at ET citizen and government diplomacy including contact, treaties, cultural exchanges, technology transfer programs, ET political, scientific, military, religious and social institutions. Other sections might be, media and communications, and investigations and research.

It's hard to tell where would be the best location and that might be determined by those financing such a project. It makes sense that Galactic Center (GC) could be located in a country that is ET friendly and would be supportive of such an enterprise. Maybe a country in Europe or South America like Brazil, Ecuador or Peru would make sense.

I mean, if one looks on the Internet there are large numbers of international, national and local cultural centers, so why not at least one global extraterrestrial cultural center? There is a huge global interest in UFOs and their extraterrestrial occupants so one would think something like this would be very useful now and in the future. Perhaps if we build it in a credible way they will come. :-)

Bright Blue Light Explodes In The Sky Over White Rocksouth Surrey British Columbia

Date: July 12, 2012Time: 1:30 a.m. Hi Brian Vike, my name is (name removed) of White Rock/South Surrey, British Columbia, which is a hot spot for UFO activity. After I finished a tae kwon do workout and a few games of Call of Duty: Modern Warefare 3 in my parents basement, I came up stairs to the ground floor of my house. I had a quick snack to replenish any lost body weight and sugar and when I was finished, I looked to the right out into the backyard of the house and suddenly saw a bright blue light explode and disappear like a space ship just took off into the sky. I was very frightened at first, but soon realized that what ever it was, it probably wasn't hostile and was probably an observer or scout. I then turned off all of the lights in the kitchen and walked up to my room, still confused of what I just saw. I eventually made it into my bed and while I was trying to fall asleep I glanced out my window and saw a bright flash of Yellow/White light in the distance through many trees. It seemed to cover a large radius of land, but I could not see all that it covered. After the flash of light occurred I heard what sounded to be a loud rumbling sound in the sky above sort of like thunder, but it was not thunder because it was not raining and it only lasted for a few seconds. It was almost like two space ships had taken off from ground level near my house. I have no evidence of this on tape, but it will always be stuck in my memory. Sincerely. Full Description of event/sighting: Got off of work and checked the clouds like every other night. When I looked up I saw a red light over the city, kind of like

a car's tail light. It was a solid bright orb that was red in color. It moved at such a crazy speed, that it blew my mind. It had to have moved from Chatham about one hundred kilometers in just seconds. Out of know where it picked up so much more speed and just vanished into thin air. I called a buddy who without question thought I was crazy. We got off the phone and he called right back to tell me he was watching the same thing move at incredible speeds,

glowing bright red now and flashing orange lights and moving away from the city. He said that it picked up speed and disappeared all of a sudden. This whole thing was mind blowing. I can't believe that I got to witness this.

The Rhoades Flying Saucer Photos

We've dealt along with the William Rhoades UFO photo from July 7th, 1947 at this blog and in a world of your own earlier.

Another plane was moving in the opposite direction from our local Scottsdale airport (near our home), so the contrast was very evident. All the lights went out at the same moment, after we'd watched them for only a couple of minutes.

This occurred around 9:30 p.m. MST.
